Mariah Carey Returns with Headlining Residency at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace
Mariah Carey, the iconic chanteuse and best-selling female artist of all time with over 200 million records sold, is returning to Las Vegas with an all-new headlining residency, “The Butterfly Returns” at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace beginning Thursday, July 5, 2018. “The Butterfly Returns” will spotlight a more intimate performance on The Colosseum’s stage, showcasing Mariah Carey’s world-famous vocals with an all-new show that highlights her extensive catalogue of music. Park MGM Officially Takes Its Place on the Las Vegas Strip
With the lighting of its new marquee and hotel tower signs, Monte Carlo officially shed its name Wednesday, May 9, 2018 for a new identity – Park MGM – making way for the resort set for completion later this year. Following a transformation that will touch every element of the central Strip property, Park MGM is a welcoming social hub that evokes the residential spirit, intimacy and individuality of a boutique experience on a resort scale. A partnership between Sydell Group and MGM Resorts International, Park MGM was born from the collaborative vision of the New York-based lifestyle hotelier and one of the world’s preeminent destination resort developers. Waldorf Astoria Las Vegas to Debut in August 2018
Waldorf Astoria Hotels & Resorts, Hilton’s iconic luxury hotel brand, recently announced plans to convert the Mandarin Oriental on the Las Vegas Strip to the Waldorf Astoria Las Vegas in August 2018. Jen Kramer Becomes Only Female Headlining Magician in Las Vegas

Las Vegas Aces Debuts Inaugural WNBA Season
After beginning their inaugural season with two games on the road, the Las Vegas Aces celebrated their home opener on Sunday, May 27 at the Mandalay Bay Events Center. The Aces were joined by special performances by Boyz II Men, Jabbawockeez and the cast members from “Michael Jackson ONE” by Cirque du Soleil. Van Morrison Returns for Five Shows at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace
After multiple sold-out weekends, legendary singer and composer Van Morrison is returning to The Colosseum at Caesars Palace for a five-night engagement in 2019. The British R&B icon is scheduled to perform Friday, January 25 through Saturday, February 2. The shows are presented jointly by AEG Presents and Caesars Entertainment. 2018 is a significant year in Morrison’s career, marking 50 years since the release of the iconic Astral Weeks album in 1968. Bally’s Las Vegas Completes $125 Million Renovation
Located in the center of the action on the Strip, Bally’s Las Vegas has completed a $125 million redesign of 2,052 guest rooms and suites in the new Resort Tower. The latest redesign features neutral, dark wood tones and striking pops of red throughout decorative accents and fashionable wall coverings, with various geometric patterns that create a contemporary feel. Additional highlights of the new rooms include USB charging stations, chic lounge furniture and reimagined bathrooms with spacious glass-enclosed showers.
