The College Football Playoff (CFP) announced today that Las Vegas will serve as the epicenter of the college football world when the 2027 College Football Playoff (CFP) National Championship comes to Allegiant Stadium on January 25, 2027. Today the 2027 Las Vegas Host Committee announced its leadership team that will guide preparations for the premier sporting event.
The Host Committee for the 2027 CFP National Championship in Las Vegas represents a collaborative effort of destination leaders in business, tourism, gaming, sports, entertainment and government.
Host Committee leadership
The 2027 Las Vegas Host Committee will be led by:
- Co-Chair: Sandra Douglass Morgan, President, Las Vegas Raiders
- Co-Chair: Jim Gibson, Clark County Commissioner
Host Committee members include a diverse group of civic, business, sports and community leaders:

- Committee Member: Jeremy Aguero, Applied Analysis

Together, this leadership team will oversee local planning, operations, hospitality, legacy initiatives and community engagement efforts surrounding the 2027 CFP National Championship.
In addition to welcoming fans from across the country, the Las Vegas Host Committee and CFP staff will plan a series of community events and activations leading up to the 2027 CFP National Championship on Jan. 25, 2027, at Allegiant Stadium. These efforts will include charitable initiatives, volunteer opportunities, youth and education-focused programming and citywide celebrations designed to showcase Las Vegas as a world-class host destination.
