LAS VEGAS - Despite some false starts, Chef Masaharu Morimoto officially kicked off the 12th Annual Vegas Uncork'd by Bon Appétit with a "sabre off" of a champagne bottle at the Park MGM on the Las Vegas Strip. The food and wine festival features one-of-kind culinary events all around the Las Vegas Strip during the weekend of May 10th through May 13th.
