LAS VEGAS -- Led by Grand Marshal Holly Madison, thousands of Santas decended on downtown Las Vegas the morning of Dec. 2, 2017, for the annual Las Vegas Great Santa Run. Each year the Santa Run attracts thousands of runners and walkers from all over the Las Vegas Valley --  including families, businesses, and individuals -- as well as visitors from around the world. Entertainers helping to kicking off the annual benefit at the Fremont Street Experience were Wayne Newton, Las Vegas Mayor Carolyn G. Goodman, former Las Vegas Mayor and Las Vegas Host Committee Chairman Oscar B. Goodman, and entertainers the Chippendales, Lorena Peril (Fantasy), Gabriella Versace (SEXXY) and the Opportunity Village Elvi, an all-Elvis dance troup. Proceeds rom the event benefit Opportunity Village, a local Las Vegas not-for-profit that serves adults with intellectual disabilities.
