Las Vegas Sets Record for Visitation, Welcoming More Than 41 Million in 2014
LAS VEGAS – Las Vegas welcomed a record 41.1 million visitors in 2014, approximately 1.4 million more visitors than the previous high of 39.7 million set in 2012. The 2014 year-end statistics, released today by the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority (LVCVA), point to continued recovery for Las Vegas tourism with increases in all of the key visitation indicators. Las Vegas tourism generates more than $45 billion in economic impact for the local economy and supports 376,000 local jobs.
